The GoldMine® Integration Services for Microsoft® Outlook® allows GoldMine® users, whose companies have standardized on Microsoft Outlook, the flexibility to integrate their e-mail messaging client with their CRM database.

Using the GoldMine®Add-in Toolbar within Outlook, messages GoldMine®users receive in Outlook®can be linked to any GoldMine®contact's history. When sending messages, users can access the GoldMine®Address Book Provider to send and link e-mail to any combination of GoldMine®Contact(s) or User(s), all from within Outlook®.

Best of all, since message linking is synchronization-aware, remote GoldMine®users will also have access to the contact's Outlook e-mail history.
