Alan Rimer (MCSE, CCNP) Founder of Click-IT, Alan has 15 years experience in the industry. His expertise extends from Desktop support through to Networking, Intimate understanding of Hardware through to Software Applications, in depth knowledge of Electrical and Data Cabling Methodologies. Driven by customer satisfaction, Alan ensures the Clients get the right solution and the right price for the right environment.

Daniel Turtledove (CCIS, NCCP, NDIP E.D.P, HDIP C.I.S.) Daniel, founder of Data Development Systems in 1989 and Symetrix in 1998, has had over 20 years extensive experience in the IT industry. His acumen and understanding of business processes has allowed for the creation of several Business Solution applications, Outsourcing products, Call Centre Management systems, thorough Workflow methodologies and extensive background into Database Architecture & programming.

Engineer Team

Our growing team of engineers all possess the necessary skills and qualifications required to perform their daily tasks with full understanding, precision and confidence. Motivated by the philosophy of doing it right the first time, their levels of service excellence ensure that we close every call with a working solution and a satisfied customer.

Sales Team

Our highly motivated and successful Sales force, are not only competent, but also willing and able to help the Client realise their business' true potential. Call Centre

A Call Centre is the Nerve Centre of any Service Based business. It is therefore of tantamount importance that the Click-IT Call Centre runs with utmost precision and operator dedication. The call Centre Manageress is responsible for the daily logging of every process from the engineer call outs, scheduled maintenance, repairs, deliveries, collections, client follow-up and statistical reporting in our comprehensive Call Centre Management Application.
